Christine van den Horn is responsible for the public programme of Waag Society, the interface to the outside world, aimed at sharing of knowledge, vision and showing projects to a wide audience.

Hands-on research and ways to experience what the impact of technology can be.

In close cooperation with the programme managers of Waag Society, Christine works at a rich and varied programme for the public, in which recent movements in IT and new media are highlighted and researched from many different perspectives.

Before Waag Society, Christine worked as programme manager at Media Guild and at the festival programme of Cinekid. 

Christine did production and programme work for both Picnic Young 2008 and 2009 editions and worked at the following Waag Society projects: the festival "Het Geheugenhuis", IIP Create, Fablab Amsterdam and Games Atelier.
