Waag website 2001
The former version
The Waag Society website of 2001 functioned until the beginning of 2006. It was built on open source software MMBase, which was originally made for the Dutch broadcasting company VPRO. It can still be visited through the link given on this page.

The website gives a lot of information  on older projects of Waag Society. In 2005 the decision as made to replace it, as modern media types as video could not be shown in this website.

The old website did not function properly any longer in its later stages. Therefore, some dates on articles may be wrong.

This new website of 2006 was made by Grrr, based on the Keyworx architecture, an open source application framework developed by Waag Society.

The website from before 2001 cannot be displayed in modern browsers any longer. It can be found however with the aid of the Wayback Machine (at archive.org).
